I hold gatherings that weave together sound, stillness and the ritual arts.
Whether a seasonal salon, a private blessing, a sound bath in the hills, or a circle of women breathing together, each space is created to invite slowing down and connection.
Below are glimpses into recent offerings. Some were public, others intimate and personal. All were made with intention.
Sound Baths
I’ve led sound baths in many forms, at baby blessings, under the sky, and as grounding rituals at creative community spaces like CAMP (Create Art Meet People) and Little Green Art Studio. Sometimes paired with guided meditations or gentle touch.
Baby Blessing
I’ve had the honor of facilitating baby blessings for others, as well as my own. These gatherings often include shared flower arranging, sound, spoken intentions, and time for each guest to write a blessing to be read to the baby after arrival. Each a celebration rooted in presence and community, marking the threshold of a new beginning.
