Bodywork Sessions
Each session is a quiet collaboration between your body and mine. A space to soften, to listen, and to settle back into yourself. Rooted in intuitive massage, craniosacral therapy, and attentive presence, the work unfolds according to what’s needed in the moment.
I see clients in South Pasadena at Ceremony Esthetics and Wellness, on Wednesday and Thursday, from 10-7.30. If you’d like a session outside of those hours, please email me directly.

An exploration of the body as a place of imagination.
Guided sensory awareness, subtle touch, craniosacral work and stillness create space for sensation to unfold into image, memory, feeling and inner landscape.
A practice of listening to what becomes perceptible when the body is given space to soften and wander.

Slip into stillness as the work has time to integrate with a 10-minute rest on the treatment table. Be gently guided back with chimes and breath. For those who wish to carry the glow forward.

Sound Baths
I’ve held sound baths at blessings, salons, creative gatherings, and community spaces like Little Green Art Studio. Each offering is its own small ritual of sound, breath, and somatic drop-in, helping people arrive more fully in themselves. Sometimes I weave in seasonal themes or soft mythic imagery, like Inanna’s descent, to give the inner experience a sense of shape and meaning.
At Ceremony Esthetics and Wellness, I host a monthly evening soundbath called In The Night Garden, which blends journaling, gentle movement, and cinematic layers of sound. In 2026, I’ll also begin leading monthly sound + ritual classes for Little Green’s membership community.
These sessions work beautifully for private groups, women’s circles, creative workshops, workplace teams, and corporate gatherings looking for a moment of reset, connection, or creative clarity.
I tailor each soundbath to the environment and the intention of the group, offering a grounded, accessible experience that supports both relaxation and cohesion.
