Meet Anika
A little about my path, my practice, and what guides this work.
I’m Anika Norrgard, a bodyworker, sound practitioner, and mother living in Highland Park. I love the quiet of early mornings, the sitting out in the sun, the ritual of working with herbs and flowers, collecting glassware, spontaneous swims in Malibu, and long, slow days at home with my family and our cat.
For many years I lived at odds with myself, chasing perfection through control and self-critique. Over time, I found my way back through practices that softened what was rigid, steadied what was restless, and invited me home to my own body.
Now, I share these same tools with others, ways of listening and tending that restore balance between body, heart, and spirit. My work weaves craniosacral therapy, intuitive bodywork, grounding energy practices, sound healing, and mindfulness-based meditation into spaces of deep rest and reconnection.
This path is ever-unfolding. Each session is a conversation in stillness. A chance to connect to the innate intelligence of our body.
