The Dreaming Body Hour

A time to settle your body, soften your week, and slip back into yourself.

The Dreaming Body Hour is a quiet, midweek gathering held most Wednesdays on Zoom.
It’s a soft landing at the end of the day, a place to unwind, breathe, and remember the beauty that steadies you.

During the guided first 30 minutes, we move slowly…beginning with a settling of the breath and body to ease out of the week’s momentum. From there, I offer a brief reflection shaped by the season, the textures of daily life, or the small moments of beauty we often overlook. We spend a few minutes journaling in silence and close with a simple ritual to invite rest, presence, and devotion back into the evening.

After we sign off, you’re invited to stay in your own practice for another 20 - 30 minutes to write, stretch, light a candle, sip tea, or simply lie down and drift into your nighttime rituals.
The full hour becomes yours: half held, half self-led.
