Fall Cup of Ceremony

Steep a teaspoon of ginger, a tablespoon lemon balm, 2 whole cloves, a half teaspoon of orange peel in hot water.

Hold the cup close.

Breathe in the steam, with a long slow exhale.

Take a sip, and pause.

Close your eyes.

Feel where the herbs travel inside you,

the fire grounding you, the balm softening you.

Stay with the sensation as it moves through your body.

Let the warmth settle.
Notice how your body feels.
